Simply stick out your tongue and place the u-shaped end on the back of your tongue (don’t trigger your gag reflex or scratch your tastebuds!) Apply gentle pressure and drag the scraper down toward the tip of your tongue.

Rinse the scraper in warm water as often as necessary and repeat until complete. Enjoy fresh breath immediately!
